How we approach personal stories
Your submitted story, exact words, order details, and working artwork are processed privately for your Journey Map.
We do not publicly display a submitted story, name, journey, or artwork unless you separately choose to give explicit public-display permission.
We do not invent customer stories, present illustrative work as customer evidence, or infer culture, religion, family structure, or identity from a name or location.
Share only what feels comfortable. Please do not include passwords, financial details, identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information.
