WAVORI Journey Map is a personalized digital artwork created specifically from the story details you provide. Because each order involves custom creative work, cancellation and refund eligibility depends on how far your order has progressed.
Before personalized production begins
If you contact WAVORI before personalized creative production has started, you may cancel your order for a full refund to your original payment method.
Personalized production begins when WAVORI starts creative work on your individual Journey Map after payment and order review.
After personalized production begins
Once personalized production has started, cancellations and change-of-mind refunds are generally not available because the work is being created specifically for your order.
Your purchase includes one reviewed watermarked preview and one consolidated minor revision, as described on the product page. The included revision is intended for minor adjustments such as text, date, location, or light layout corrections rather than a completely new design direction.
After preview approval and final delivery
Once you approve the preview and WAVORI delivers the final digital files, change-of-mind refunds are generally not available.
If the final files materially differ from the version you approved, please contact WAVORI. We will first try to correct the issue. If we cannot reasonably correct a material delivery error, we will review the order for an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund where applicable.
Incorrect charges, duplicate charges, or orders WAVORI cannot complete
Please contact WAVORI if:

you were charged incorrectly;

you were charged more than once for the same order; or

WAVORI is unable to complete your order.
We will review the issue and, where a refund is due, return the eligible amount to the original payment method. The time for a refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider or financial institution.
Digital delivery and returns
WAVORI Journey Map is a digital product delivered by email. No physical item is shipped, so there is nothing to mail back and no return-shipping cost.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or waived under applicable consumer law. If the law where you live gives you a non-waivable cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or conformity right, that right will apply.
